Delivery

We ship worldwide via international airmail. Delivery may take 10-14 working days depending on where you are in the world.
Your package will be shipped from Singapore.

Exchange

If the product has been damaged in transit, you may return it to us for a free one-for-one exchange. You are responsible for the costs of return shipping.

Refund

We offer a 100% satisfaction, money-back guarantee. Email us within the first 90 days after purchase to claim the refund.

This refund guarantee is only good for the first purchase. Refunds will not be issue for repeat purchases by the same customer or household.

Refunds will be made back via the method originally used.

Cancellation

Order cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not been shipped. If the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order as it is already on its way to you. Thank you for your understanding.
